Simple & Easy Icebreaker Game For Your Wedding Reception

Icebreakers are a wonderful way to start off that wedding reception.  For example, ‘Guess How Many Kisses Are in the Jar’ game would be an excellent choice because it would be a natural talking point for everyone if your guests see a huge jar filled with Hershey’s Kisses.  Your wedding guests would naturally gravitate over to the table to see the huge jar filled with Hershey Kisses too, especially those Chocolate Lovers!

You may wonder where to place the game and a few ideas that

come to mind would be the gift table, guestbook table or the escort card table. Whatever you choose, your wedding guests need to have a good visual and be able to find the table easily as they enter the room at the venue.  Be sure to decorate the table in either your wedding colors or your wedding theme, but keep the decorations to a minimum at that table.  Other ideas include putting flowers or LED tea light candles in a decorative glass votive on the table.

Keep in mind that if there are people with food allergies, you can always substitute it for another type of candy, but still use the labels and the signage can be changed.   Please make sure you review your R.S.V.P’s Inserts and note if there are guests that have food allergies to chocolate and make sure your note that on your R.S.V.P.
